Our standard staging package includes an initial hire period of 6 weeks. This duration is specifically designed to cover your professional photography, the full four-week marketing campaign, and the high-impact period leading up to your auction or final negotiations.

If your property remains on the market beyond the initial hire period, we offer a flexible weekly extension. You can choose to keep the furniture in place for a weekly fee until the property is sold or taken off the market. This ensures your home remains “open-home ready” without the need for a full re-install.

Absolutely. This is exactly what our Integrated Edit is designed for. We will assess your current pieces and decide together which ones will stay to be layered with our premium inventory for a cohesive, market-ready look.

Most installations are completed in a single day. Our team arrives in the morning to manage delivery and placement, followed by our styling “edit” to ensure every room is camera-ready by the afternoon.

If your property sells quickly, just let us know. While the initial hire fee is fixed, we can arrange an earlier collection date to help you prepare for a shorter settlement period.
